Appetizer “Mushrooms”

Snack – this is what is served before serving the main course. No snacks, no cost, no feast and no feast. It is difficult to imagine a feast, which would not have snacks, right?

Agree that snacks is easy and very simple, and most importantly that there is a huge variety of recipes snacks. They can be so exquisite that will make your table a truly festive and original.

Sometimes it happens that not enough imagination to come up with something original and interesting. How tired of habitual and always the same snacks, I want something new and original to surprise and please guests.

Today let’s cook a very simple snack that requires minimal ingredients and time. It will be nice muhomorchiki of tomatoes and eggs with mushroom stuffing. They are not only pretty but also delicious. Mushrooms can serve as a separate snack, and become a perfect decoration for main dishes. Let’s get started.

Ingredients (For 12 mushrooms):

Ham – 50 g

Mushrooms – 150 g

Butter – 1 tbsp

Onion – 1 large bulb

Tomatoes – 6 PCs.

Boiled eggs – 6 PCs.

Thick mayonnaise

Greens

Salt

Pepper

Vegetable oil

Preparation:

The eggs boil hard boiled about 7 minutes in boiling water. Then let cool in cold water.

While the eggs are cooked, prepare the filling. In a heated pan pour a little vegetable oil and pour the finely chopped onion. Fry the onions until Golden brown, add the chopped mushrooms with chopped ham, add salt to taste and pepper.

Eggs cleaned from the shell and cut each in half. Separate the yolk from the white and grate it on a fine grater. Then mix the mushrooms, ham, onions and egg yolk. Added to the mass a little mayonnaise and mix well.

Tomatoes cut in half, cut out part of the flesh and a little salt. In egg whites put the prepared stuffing and arrange them cut-side down on a flat dish.

Spread half the tomatoes on the eggs, the bonnets mushrooms, and top hats as apply neat dots of mayonnaise. Decorate the dish with greens and serve.
