Summer salads – recipes for every day

On a Sunny hot day is absolutely not only too lazy to cook serious and heavy food, but even eating it. I want something light, vitamin-rich, and delicious – what could be better than fresh summer salads vitamin? SUMMER SALADS. SALAD OF RADISH AND ARUGULA

Delicious and easy fresh summer salad.

We need such ingredients:

• 200 g of radish,

• a bunch of arugula,

• 50 g natural yoghurt,

• 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar and

• 50 g Parmesan cheese,

• 50 g walnuts,

• 0, 5 tsp sugar ,

• the mixture of peppers to taste,

• salt to taste, 1 tablespoon of water.

Salad of radish and arugula – cooking:

Arugula and radish wash, Obasi, beriberi and cleanse from the tails. Arugula coarsely tear. Radish cut into circles.

Walnuts lightly fry in a dry pan and grind. Parmesan RUB on a large grater.

Cook the sauce for salad dressing. Put natural yogurt, balsamic vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper mix, share a little water and mix.

Put in a salad bowl the arugula, place radishes on top and tuck in sauce. Sprinkle with nuts and Parmesan.

SUMMER SALADS. SALAD WITH CABBAGE AND CELERY

• a small head of white cabbage,

• 2 sweet and sour Apple,

• 0,5 lemon,

• bunch of dill,

• 2 tablespoons vegetable oil,

• 0.5 tsp sugar ,

• salt to taste.

Cabbage salad and celery – cooking:

Cabbage thinly nachinkoy. A celery we shall cut thin slices. Grind the dill.

Apples clear from the skin and seeds. cut strips and fields immediately with lemon juice so they do not darkened.

Cabbage put in bowl, salt, add sugar, mix lightly primne hands, so she let the juice. Pour cabbage juice.

Then add to the cabbage, the celery, apples and fennel. Tuck the vegetable oil and mix.

SUMMER SALADS. SALAD OF YOUNG POTATOES

The classic flavor combination of new potatoes, pickled gherkins and garlic – all in one bowl.

We need such ingredients:

• 400 g new potatoes,

• 200 g pickled cucumbers,

• 1 bunch of lettuce,

• 50 g pine nuts,

• 0,5 lemon,

• 1 teaspoon of mustard,

• ground black pepper to taste

• salt to taste

• 1 tablespoon of water.

Vegetable salad with pine nuts preparation:

Cabbage nachinkoy. Bulgarian pepper clear from the seeds and cut into thin half-rings. Tomatoes cut into halves.

Prepare the salad dressing. Put olive oil. mustard, salt, pepper, lemon juice and water and mix it well.
